Schedia is provided as an independent app for personal use by students. By using it you agree to the following.
1. What Schedia is
Schedia is a personal planning tool. It is not an official service of any institution and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any university, college or timetabling provider. Class times, exam dates, credits and degree requirements shown in Schedia are a copy you imported or entered. Your institution's official records take precedence in all cases.
2. Imported and AI-generated content
Schedia can read a calendar file or feed that you supply, and can parse a reply you obtained from an AI assistant of your own choosing. Schedia does not verify that either is correct, and an AI assistant can misread a timetable. Review the preview before importing, and check anything you rely on.
Schedia does not send your material to an AI service. Any service you choose to use is a separate relationship between you and that provider, on their terms.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the material you import and for keeping your device secure. Do not use Schedia to access a system you are not entitled to access.
4. Availability
Schedia runs on your device and does not depend on a developer-operated service. Features that rely on Apple services (iCloud sync, Apple Maps, notifications) depend on those services being available.
5. No warranty
Schedia is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law. Always check important classes, exams and deadlines against official records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Privacy
See the privacy policy. In short: no account, no developer server, and data is processed locally, with optional private iCloud sync, user-requested calendar feed retrieval, Apple system services, and exports you choose to share. Card photos never sync.
7. Changes
These terms may change with new versions. Material changes will be noted in the release notes.

9. App Store licence and consumer rights
Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies where no custom licence is supplied for the app. These product-specific terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights. Store availability, device requirements and any purchase price are shown in the App Store.
