Schedia is a timetable and degree-progress app for university students. There is no account to recover and no server to check — everything runs on your device.
Contact: mcwhirl@qq.com — please include your app version, your device model, and what you expected to see. In the app: Me → About shows the version.
Getting your timetable in
1. Calendar file or subscription (the main way).
Most timetabling systems — Canvas, Moodle, Banner, Syllabus+ and others — publish a
calendar feed. Copy that webcal:// or https:// link into Schedia, or export the .ics
file and pick the file. Schedia remembers the link per schedule so you can refresh it later.
Nothing refreshes in the background; a refresh happens when you ask for one.
2. AI-assisted import (when there is no feed). Schedia gives you your material and a set of instructions; you send them to an AI assistant of your choice and paste the reply back. Schedia never sends anything to an AI service itself.
3. A schedule code from a classmate, or entering classes by hand.
If a calendar import fails
- A link that opens a sign-in page in a browser cannot be read by an app. Export the
.icsfile from the same system instead. - Plain
http://links are refused. Use thehttps://form. - If only some classes appear, check the date range the feed covers — many systems publish one term at a time.
- Failing all of that, AI-assisted import is offered from every failure state of the calendar flow.
If AI-assisted import gets it wrong
- Most timetable pages open on the current week. A screenshot of that gives you a schedule that is correct for one week and empty for the rest. Switch the page to the whole term first.
- A few wrong rows are quicker to fix in Full schedule → Edit courses than to re-run.
- The Tutorial button on that screen explains how to prepare each kind of material.
Common questions
Which week am I in? Set the first day of term and Schedia works out the week number — Me → Settings → Current week, or the same control during setup. Week numbering is a convention many institutions do not use; the term start date is the thing you actually know.
My week starts on Sunday. Settings → Week starts on. The Sunday shown first is the one before that Monday, so the dates read as a continuous run.
Can I keep breaks and reading weeks out of my schedule? Yes — Breaks and calendar changes, from your institution's academic calendar. National holidays are not applied automatically, because they differ by country and by institution.
Does my GPA match my transcript? Only if the letter-to-GPA table matches your institution's. The default is the common US 4.0 scale and is a template, not a standard — edit it in Me → Grades → GPA rule, or turn GPA off. Withdrawn, incomplete, audited and pass/fail records are counted separately and never shown as failures.
Where is my data? On your device. iCloud sync is off until you turn it on, and then it is your own private iCloud database. See the privacy policy.
Can I move to a new phone? Turn on iCloud sync on both, or share a schedule code to yourself.
Reporting a problem
Me → Diagnostics keeps a record of each import — including the calendar text, or the instructions and AI reply — for seven days, on the device only, with names, ID numbers, e-mail addresses and tokens removed. Tap the newest entry, share it, and send it with your message. "How to send a diagnostic" on that page explains what is in it.
Not an official school service
Schedia is an independent app and not affiliated with any institution. Verify class times, exam dates and degree requirements against your institution's official records.
